Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before availing of any of our services.

This Policy applies to all services, programs, workshops, sessions, and digital offerings provided by Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd., through its initiative The Beyond Mind Foundation, whether booked online, offline, or through direct correspondence.

By completing a payment, registration, or booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
 

All payments made to Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. for any service are non-refundable.
Once a service has been booked, subscribed, or activated, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after payment

Incomplete or partial use of services

Non-attendance or missed sessions

Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations

Scheduling or personal conflicts

Our team ensures that every service is delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

If you wish to cancel or modify a service request, you must contact us before the service begins.

Once the service, class, or session has commenced, cancellation or modification will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.

In the case of recurring or subscription-based offerings, rescheduling or pausing may be allowed subject to specific service terms and availability.

In rare cases where Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. is unable to deliver the service due to internal, operational, or technical reasons, a refund or service credit may be considered at our sole discretion.

Such situations may include:

Cancellation of a workshop, event, or session by the Foundation

Technical failures preventing delivery of online sessions

Instructor unavailability without suitable rescheduling options

Any approved refund or credit will be processed only after internal verification and official written confirmation from the Foundation.

Bookings made for retreats, workshops, or special programs are non-refundable once confirmed.

If the Foundation reschedules or cancels such an event for reasons beyond control, participants will be offered:

An alternate date, or

A program credit of equivalent value.

Travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred by participants are not refundable under any circumstance.

Payments made for digital services such as:

Online courses, webinars, consultations, or

Access to recorded sessions or digital content

are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

Refunds shall not be issued for:

Early termination of a subscription

User-side technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity or device compatibility)

Perceived lack of outcome or personal dissatisfaction

All digital services are deemed delivered upon access being granted.

In the event of delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by factors beyond the control of Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures, no refund shall apply.

The Foundation may, at its discretion, reschedule the affected service or offer a credit note for future use.
 

If an exceptional refund is approved:

The refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days from confirmation.

It will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

All donations made to The Beyond Mind Foundation (an initiative of Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd.) are voluntary contributions towards its mission and are non-refundable under any circumstance

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

By making a payment or confirming a booking with Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and waive any claim to refunds except as expressly stated herein.
