1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, application, and services (“Services”) offered by Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. through its initiative The Beyond Mind Foundation (“Foundation”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you (“User”, “You”, or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
This electronic record is created in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
2. Scope & Applicability
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, registrants, and participants who access, browse, or use the Foundation’s website, application, or offerings, whether paid or unpaid.
3. Proprietary Information & Intellectual Property
All materials, software, design, graphics, text, videos, and trademarks appearing on the website or within sessions (“Content”) are the exclusive property of Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian and international intellectual-property laws.
You may access the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.
4. Eligibility
Use of the Services is restricted to individuals 18 years or older who are competent to contract under applicable law. Minors (15 years – 18 years) may participate only under parental or guardian supervision with written consent.
5. Registration & Account Security
Creating an account requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account.
Notify the Foundation immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your credentials.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
By submitting payment details, you authorize the Foundation to charge applicable fees.
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle; partial-term refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Free-trial terms, if offered, will be displayed at signup.
7. Refunds & Rescheduling
Session and program fees are non-refundable.
However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ prior notice, subject to availability.
Any donations or contributions made toward Foundation programs are voluntary and non-refundable.
8. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
• Maintain decorum and respect during all sessions, online or offline.
• Avoid disruptive behaviour or personal questioning.
• Use the website and Services lawfully and ethically.
The Foundation may suspend or terminate access for conduct deemed inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.
9. Online Sessions (VC Access)
Access links are personal, non-transferable, and confidential.
• Participants are responsible for maintaining stable internet connectivity and updated conferencing software.
• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of access links may result in suspension without refund.
• The Foundation is not liable for connectivity or equipment failures on the participant’s end.
10. Recordings & Media Use
• The Foundation may record sessions (audio, video, or photographs) for documentation and educational purposes.
• By participating, you grant Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use such recordings, including your image or voice, for legitimate promotional, educational, or archival use without additional consent or compensation.
• Participants may not record, copy, or distribute any part of sessions or materials. All such content remains the intellectual property of the Foundation.
11. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Guidelines
You retain ownership of content you post but grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it in connection with its mission.
You may not post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
We moderate content and reserve the right to remove material or suspend users violating these rules.

12. Health & Medical Disclaimer
The Services, programs, and sessions offered by the Foundation are designed for personal growth, mindfulness, and wellness.
They are not medical advice or a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.
You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness to participate.
13. Force Majeure
The Foundation shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures. No refund shall be due in such circumstances.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Services in the preceding six months.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antar Lucem Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
16. Suspension & Termination
The Foundation may suspend or terminate your account or access at its discretion for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding payments and obligations.
17. Amendments
The Foundation may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Speaker/Writer Disclaimer
THE VIEWS EXPRESSED BY THE SPEAKER OR WRITER ARE HIS OR HER INTERPRETATIONS OF SCRIPTURES AND TEACHINGS. THE SESSIONS AND MATERIALS OFFERED BY THE BEYOND MIND FOUNDATION ARE NOT INTENDED FOR RELIGIOUS CONVERSION OR TO PROMOTE ATHEISM.
19. Participant Undertaking
By registering for or attending any session, retreat, or workshop (online or offline) conducted by The Beyond Mind Foundation, you further agree to the following:
1. Eligibility: You are 18 years or older (or accompanied by a consenting guardian if 15–18).
2. Conduct: You will maintain respect and decorum, avoid personal or disruptive behaviour, and follow facilitator instructions.
3. Confidentiality: Access links and materials are for your use only and must not be shared.
4. Recordings: You consent to photography, video, and audio recording for educational or promotional purposes.
5. Health: You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your physical and emotional wellbeing.
6. Non-Refundability: Fees and contributions are non-refundable; rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice when applicable.
7. Indemnity: You indemnify the Foundation against all claims arising from your participation.
8. Force Majeure: The Foundation is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control.
9. Governing Law: This Undertaking is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Goa, India.
20. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data. Continued use constitutes consent to that Policy.

By using the Website, registering for Services, or participating in any Sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Participant Undertaking.
