Past life Regression

Past life Regression

Going a step deeper, deconditioning and peeling off the layers which have bound us.

Past Life Regression (PLR) is a consciousness-expanding process that involves accessing deep layers of the subconscious mind to recall impressions, experiences, or imagery associated with other lifetimes. Typically facilitated through guided relaxation or trance-like states, PLR enables individuals to journey beyond linear memory into what many traditions consider the continuum of the soul’s experience.

In this altered state, the brain may shift into theta-dominant activity—linked to deep meditation and intuitive access—allowing the mind to reveal stored impressions not readily available in waking consciousness. These experiences often emerge in the form of vivid imagery, strong emotions, or embodied sensations, carrying symbolic or narrative coherence that feels subjectively meaningful.

From a scientific lens, PLR aligns with explorations in depth psychology, quantum consciousness, and non-local memory theories, suggesting that human awareness may extend beyond the boundaries of a single lifetime. Spiritually, the process is seen as a way to explore karmic patterns, unresolved energies, or lessons carried through the soul’s evolutionary journey.
